Cookie Information

Minimal launch approach · Last updated 7 October 2026

Roach Cares Foundation keeps the launch website deliberately lean. We do not intend to use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, behavioural profiling or optional analytics at launch.

Strictly necessary and security technologies

Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact form is designed to use Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-spam/security measure. Turnstile performs security checks to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse and may use limited browser/device signals or storage needed for that security function. The Foundation does not use Turnstile to read or profile the content you type into the form.

Turnstile pre-clearance should remain disabled for this contact form unless there is a documented security reason to enable it. This keeps the launch configuration simpler and avoids an unnecessary site-wide clearance cookie.

Why there is no general cookie banner at launch

If the verified production build uses only technologies that are strictly necessary for security, delivery and the user-requested contact service, Roach Cares will not show an unnecessary accept/reject banner. This page provides the relevant information instead. If optional analytics, advertising, preference or other non-essential technologies are added later, they must remain off until the appropriate visitor choice is obtained where required.

Current website technology

This launch version is designed without advertising, behavioural profiling, social-media tracking pixels or optional analytics. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. The contact form uses privacy-conscious anti-spam protection when enabled and sends approved enquiries to the Foundation mailbox through the configured transactional email service. We review the live website periodically so this information continues to reflect the technology actually in use.

Browser controls

You can use your browser settings to remove or block cookies and site data. Blocking security technologies may prevent the contact form or other protected functions from working correctly.

Future changes

If optional tools are introduced later, the Privacy Notice and this page must be updated before activation. Where consent is required, visitors must be able to accept or decline optional technologies and later change their choice.
